Schnauzer-Commissioned Pet Portrait, Georgie Girl, Part IV
Here we are, back on track thanks to Margaret and a new photograph of Georgie. I found it too difficult to do a composite based on three head shots of Georgie, she turned out looking more like a Shih Tzu than a Schnauzer. This shot, although on the dark side, shows her characteristic look of a narrow and long face with her hair kept long around the muzzle.
I lifted her head up a little, but kept the mouth closed to make sure I keep a strong resemblance.
Moving to the body, and gradually adding more leaves. More depth and highlights are needed, but it's coming along well.
