Diva Divine Fuzzi - Part VI
I started the day correcting a few things, accentuating light and shadow and layering the back wall with tinted glaze to achieve the darker pink colour I want. Fuzzi's portrait is a real study in pink. There will hundreds of different pinks by the time I'm finished.
I then moved on to the pattern of the seat cushion, it's more an embroidery pattern than a print, it's not finished, but it's a good start.
Fuzzi Vignette:
Carol describes a funny Fuzzi moment at Woofstock in Toronto.
Fuzzi was booked to model both days of the festival and we worked really hard at making sure every hair was trimmed just so and that her nails were polished , etc. Fuzzi looked gorgeous, show dogs eat your hearts out...The first day after she modeled we went to do some shopping with Fuzzi at the booths and she decided to take a long roll-over-and- have- a - back-scratch on the dirty pavement and came up looking disheveled and decidedly gray. That night I spent hours rewashing and blowing her hair dry trying to make her look the same as the first day. I was exhausted the next day but Fuzzi was as a fresh as a daisy and had a wonderful time on the runway.
