Charlie and Rosco - Part III

My two girls are watching while I paint Diane's two boys.

I spent the day working simultaneously on Charlie and Rosco because I wanted to use the same colour mixtures in both portrait. Showing you this part of the work is always uncomfortable for me. Even if they have a good base coat with numerous layers at this point, they still appear very flat and cold. It will all come together tomorrow. It's going very well.
