Commissioned Portrait of a Lady - Part II
We had some guests this weekend, so progress on the painting was a little slow. The image above looks abstract - it is the wall, the baseboard molding, a portion of the hardwood floor and a portion of the area rug. Note that my camera tends to distort things by curving horizontal lines slightly.

More work is needed on the pattern of the area rug, but it's coming along well.
