Portrait of a Lady - Incomplete

I've reached an impasse. I can't seem to capture my subject's features correctly, amongst other things. It might be because the area in which I'm working is very small, or it might be because I've had too many distractions pulling me away from this project from the day I started. I feel I've lost my direction and vision for her portrait and I need to step back and leave it alone for a while so I can assess properly. My bi-annual visit to Montreal to visit my mother is coming up so it will be a perfect opportunity to clear my mind.
